CANDLESTICK CHART

For the first time in the history of online stock trades candlestick chart was used by a Chinese trader who deals in rice. It is obvious that today’s candlestick chart of online stock trade is some how different from the original one as it was long time ago but still the concept is same with some modifications and modernization done on the basis of trends in online stock trades market.

This chart of online stock trades contains the data of open, high, low and closing pricing values of stocks over a particular time slot.

Candlestick chart of online stock trades contains the vertical line similar to that bar chart of online stock trades but it contains a box over it as well. These vertical lines of candlestick chart of online stock trades shows the range of prices from higher to lower over a definite time period. And the boxes over the vertical lines in a chart of online stock trades give the idea of price from opening to closing but for the time displayed only. 

Box colors of these charts of online stock trades are white, green and not filled box if the pricing value of closing time is higher than the opening price. If the situation is opposite in the online stock trades, means, the pricing value of closing time is below the opening price then the box color will be red or black.

Bars or line on the candlestick chart of online stock trades shows the price from high to low so usually they exceed the boxes limits from above and below. These exceeded lines are known as shadows.

Most of the traders of online stock trades market prefer the candlestick chart as compare to other charts because it interpret the data more easily as compare to other OHLC data charts of online stock charts.
